  • Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your refurbished product, you may return it within 30 Days of purchase for a full refund (No exchanges). The product must be in the same condition as when purchased, including all original packaging and accessories.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.

  • Refund Processing: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, or the return is due to our error. In such cases, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
