Policy

We’ll match the price for the qualified customers meet all the criteria:

• Purchased a qualifying item at one of our retailer accounts run by Hero Kiddo (sold and fulfilled) on Amazon/Walmart//Herokiddo.ocm 
• Price match requests can be made at the time of purchase or within five days of the date of purchase 
• Hero Kiddo will offer price matching for the pre-tax price 
• The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, color, quantity and model number.
• We reserve the right to verify the price and the availability of the identical item (i.e., size, model, quantity, brand or color, etc.)
• The item must be in stock on herokiddo.com and other retailers' websites.
• The price match is limited to 3 items per customer per month

Sorry, we do not match:    

• Item sold by Amazon.com, Wayfair, Overstock, Zuilly, and eBay
• Prices that are on special events (including but not limited to clearance, Black Friday, Cyber Week, New Product Launch Sale, Prime Day, WayDay, flash sale, Zuilly sale events)
• Prices on bundle offer, member price, and Buy one get one free aren’t qualified to price match policy.  
• Prices from other unauthorized third-party sellers or clearance, used, sold as-is, and damaged refurbished items.
• Competitor advertised prices 
• Order shipped to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
• Offers advertised as a percentage off or dollar off (e.g., “10% off” or “$100 off”)
• Auction prices or those requiring membership (e.g., member price) 
• Prices that cannot be determined independent of other items (e.g., fees, shipping charges) 
• Prices that require a minimum quantity of purchase
• Price errors
