You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Hero Kiddo or to purchase Hero Kiddo products. Warranty Disclaimer
All Hero Kiddo units are guaranteed to be free of defects up to a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Hero Kiddo provides a limited warranty that doesn't apply to defects due to directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, excessive usage, unusual wear and tear, accidents, repairs, improper usage, alterations, and lack of maintenance or consumable parts/materials.
The customer's usage of any inflatable product on a hard surface other than grass without the use of a trap shall constitute improper usage, which isn't covered by the warranty. Any other non-Hero Kiddo brand products will be referred to the original manufacture for the warranty service. All warranty issues are Credit Upon Inspection.
All items to be returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) obtained from the Hero Kiddo Customer Service Department. Unidentified returns won't be accepted or may be abandoned on site at the customer's cost. Products are subject to change without notice. Please contact Hero Kiddo Customer Service Department via email at Contact@herokiddo.com for more details of this limited warranty coverage.
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Hero Kiddo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Hero Kiddo does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Hero Kiddo does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply in these states.
Order, Return And Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final upon verbal agreement for phone orders or signing the sales order, invoice and/or credit card authorization form or online order unless otherwise agreed to in writing or manufacture defective which is subject to be determined by Hero Kiddo Service Department.
In any special approved cases that the customer will need to return the order, all items returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) pre-approved and obtained from the Hero Kiddo Customer Service Department at the customer's prepaid shipping and delivered back to the Hero Kiddo Facility within 30 days from the initial shipping date.
No credit will be issued if products aren't in the original boxes or have been opened or inflated which is considered USED. No inbound and outbound shipping refund or credit. If the original purchase contains free shipping, the final credit will be calculated after including the cost of the original outbound shipping. Unidentified returns or freight collect shipment will not be accepted and is subject to be abandoned on site at the customer's cost.
Credit Card Authorization Policy
I (credit card holder) understand the authorized charged amount are non-refundable. All sales are final upon signing the sales order, invoice and/or credit card authorization form unless otherwise agreed to in writing or manufacture defective which is subject to be determined by the Hero Kiddo customer service department. Any cancelled order prior to the order dispatch is subject to total of 7% credit card convenience processing fee.
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final, no return, exchange for refund or credit. All return(s) for warranty service must include the pre-authorized return merchandise authorization Number (RMA#) obtained from our Customer Service Department via shipper/customer's prepaid freight in order to be accepted by our receiving department. Any warranty claim is subject to credit upon inspection. By signing the credit card order form and clicking the check box of Terms and Conditions, the customer has reviewed all product details listed on the sales order(s), invoice(s) or description and agrees to purchase the item(s) as final sales.
By undersigned at the check out page, I have read, understand and agree to be bound by our final sales policies term and conditions listed on this page and Hero Kiddo product catalog.
Any products listed as "clearance" are sold as-is with no refund, exchange and no warranty coverage. The limited manufacture warranty covers only the regular products. I, as the consignee/buyer will be responsible for any cost occurred and agree to have Hero Kiddo charge the same credit card due to any Reject, Return, non-deliverable products, delay in Will Call from freight terminal or delivery appointment to accept the products within 48 hours once the products are available and ready for the customer from the freight carrier and/or Exchange without the Return Authorization # from the shipper Hero Kiddo once the order is picked up from warehouse by the freight carrier or Will Call by the customer.
For any international order, the customer is responsible for any customs duty, tax and brokerage fees that are imposed when the goods are imported into your country. All the payment and/deposit for any inventory sales or backorder are final, no return or exchange upon signing the credit card authorization form or clicking the check box of Terms and Conditions.
Shipping Policy
Shipping delivery is Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, a delivery notification card with further details will be issued. In some cases, smaller shipments made by courier may be left at your door. Please note that larger shipments made by common carrier require a signed acknowledgement of receipt.
If your order is shipped by common carrier, the carrier will call you in advance to schedule an appointment for delivery. You must present to accept the delivery. Delivery is typically to the front door of houses and the ground floor lobby of apartment and condominium buildings. Delivery vehicles and equipment are not permitted on private property. Some geographic service restrictions apply.
In certain remote locations, delivery will be made to the courier's closest Pick-Up Center from the shipment destination. Customers will be notified by telephone when shipments are available for pick-up. Multiple items may be shipped separately due to size and may arrive at different times. Please inspect the item for any visible damages upon delivery as any damage must noted on the receipt in order to be eligible for damage claims.
Shipping rates are determined by weight, size and destination. To determine the shipping rate for a specific product, add the item to cart and enter the delivery postal code in the Shipping Estimator tool. If you wish to change the quantity, please click on the Update Cart button prior to using the Shipping Estimator tool. If your shipping destination is within the Territories (Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut) or within the remote locations, please contact Customer Support at 1-650-731-3150 for updated freight rates.
All of the orders are subject final review on the delivery addresses to ensure the orders will be deliverable via common carriers. Standard ground shipping is our main mode of transport; most deliveries under 150 lbs. are shipped by courier. In some circumstances, your order will be shipped by common carrier due to weight, size and destination of the items ordered.
Please contact Customer Support in order to confirm your shipping rates prior to order completion. Orders usually ship within 24 - 72 hours if all items in the order are available. If items are backordered, a follow-up email will be sent to you with an estimated time of delivery.
Canada Shipping delivered duty unpaid (DDU)
This term indicates that the seller, Hero Kiddo is only responsible for shipping the product and that the customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties haven't been paid in advance.
Limitation of Liability
Hero Kiddo shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Hero Kiddo has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Hero Kiddo product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Hero Kiddo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Hero Kiddo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hero Kiddo shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Hero Kiddo without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Hero Kiddo may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Hero Kiddo.
Miscellaneous
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of Hero Kiddo products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Hero Kiddo products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Hero Kiddo’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Hero Kiddo may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Hero Kiddo or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Participation Disclaimer
Hero Kiddo does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the site, and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Hero Kiddo is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Hero Kiddo reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Hero Kiddo in its sole discretion.
Indemnification

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Hero Kiddo may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Hero Kiddo, Hero Kiddo has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Hero Kiddo. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk.
